![]() International Technic Marine We are a shipyard specialised in the maintenance and refitting of large yachts and utility vessels. We are situated in Marseille, close to the French Riviera in the northern Mediterranean. Organised as an engineering office, our team is composed of architects and engineers who are elaborating and following up the specifications, procedures and work planning. We are making the link between owner’s representatives, and classification offices. The maintenance and refitting operations are performed by very professional partner companies, closely followed up by our engineering team. |

![]() International Marine Services I.M.S. is essentially working on 25 to 50 metres long yatchs and carries out on its own all the necessary operations (except for painting) :
One piping workshop. IMS extends on all piping work : capacity to be brazed, welded, TIG, MIG. The Plumbing work is realisable on any type of metals (copper, capro nickel, brass, …) and PVC at high pressure.
Speciality: horse bending. Mechanics: separate mechanics workshop. IMS practices the maintenance of all types of engines and more particularly. Speciality: injectors taring (test bench), line shafting, engine replacement, reverser, hydraulic repair (oil and water pumps).
Joinery: Our carpenters are specialised in teak bridge repair and poses (90% joinery work). Sheet-iron - Boiler making: A team of approved working steel welders, aluminium and stainless steel. Sheet tracing, formatting, welding, insert (cutting of the hull to allow the tanks sanding), sheet thickness measurements, cut out on any type of metals with plasma. Upperworks (chaumard, handrail, polished stainless steel).
Speciality: hull and flybridge extension (cf arch of the PIA, FRANCINE, PARI). Specific material : folding machine (angle), guillotine, roller (pipes), MIG station, TIG.
Electricity: Separate electricity workshop. A team of electricians controled by our electrical engineer (30 years experience). Possibility of design and project evaluation. |
