The telescopic gangways have the peculiarity to allow the landing of people even on docks that are at some distance from the boat containing the size when in the closed position. The drawback is that you must try to limit the weight and the rise of the gangway especially when embossed. The best solution to these problems is certainly the use of yacht gangway constructed with carbon fiber together to FEM analysis techniques that allow a careful optimization of the product. An application of this technology is shown in the pictures on the side. This is a carbon gangway we defined the structural design for the German Multiplex GmbH. The boat gangway leads to land even in situations of side mooring through the hinge that allows horizontal rotation of up to 90 ° beyond the vertical to 15 °. The overall length is about 7 meters. The version in carbon compared to aluminium has allowed a weight reduction of about 35%.In addition to the structural design service, we can also provide some complete gangway, customized according to specific customer requirements.
