Our Carbon Yacht Davit is developed for ease and comfort of removing your tender, dinghy and other watercraft. Ideal for sailboats and powerboats where lightness is very important. Standard base (housing) allows the easy removal of the davits for stowage. We are producing a model of davit, FEM 2000, that has a span of 2 meters (see sample images). Our marine davit is built of carbon fiber and we have used fem analysis to optimize the characteristics of lightness and strength.
In fact the weight of the carbon davit is approximately 180N including the drive system that is composed of: - Manual winch of Harken mod.
